I've been trying to get in a regular habit of working out. I am going to be completely honest with you guys that I am lazy when it comes to exercising. I usually think about doing it and then I end up binge watching something on Netflix or Hulu for the most part. However I know that I need to become healthier and build up my stamina. So I decided to try out this 1 mile happy walk video that I found on Youtube which consisted of walking in place for 15 minutes which equaled a mile walk.
Here's what I thought about it...
It started off simple enough...
It is basically 4 easy steps of walking, side step, kicks, and knee lifts.
After a while you realize that your body is getting warmed up..
If you haven't worked out in a while this may feel weird, but it also feels pretty good.

This work out also consists of some upper body movements... to get your entire body feeling some sort of muscle movement.
The pace continues to pick up as time goes on, but it's pretty fun.
I would definitely recommend this workout for elderly people, those who have not really worked out in a while, or for those who would like a low level workout that is not strenuous. It definitely had my heart racing and it did make me feel better after I finished my workout. I would also definitely recommend this workout because it is a way to lose weight by walking.
